What is the best way to get pet urine odors out of a fabric sofa?

My cat had an accident on our living room couch here in Raleigh over the weekend. I soaked up the liquid and sprayed it down with an enzyme cleaner, but whenever the afternoon sun hits the living room, a faint, unpleasant smell comes back. How can I extract this out completely without ruining the fabric?
