Use the Jeweler → "Rune Imprint: Mythic Unique"

Requires:

2 Resplendent Sparks
3-5 Runes (Eom, Toh, Inl, Locks, etc.)

Guarantees a specific Mythic Unique you choose.

Use "Random Rune Crafting" with Diablo 4 gold for sale Runestones to transmute unwanted runes into the ones you need. Keep farming goblins and open caches for rune drops.
