Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala is a Yoga Alliance USA-certified yoga school in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand — recognized globally as the Yoga Capital of the World. Established in 2014 by Uttam Ghosh, an ERYT-500 certified teacher trained in the Kundalini Yoga lineage under Swami Vidyananda, the school has spent over a decade delivering yoga teacher training in Rishikesh to students from more than 20 countries.
Programs include Yoga Alliance certified 100-Hour, 200-Hour, 300-Hour, and 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training courses, an online 200-Hour YTT for remote study, and residential yoga and meditation retreats. Students live in clean, hygienic ashram-style accommodation just a short walk from the Ganga river, in the foothills of the Himalayas, taught by an experienced team of internationally certified instructors.
The school's approach blends traditional yogic philosophy — asana, pranayama, mantra chanting, and meditation — with a modern, structured teaching methodology, suited to complete beginners and practicing teachers alike.
