Refund and Returns Policy

At Aijoining, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through our Marketplace, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all security seals intact.
The item must include any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with the product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and public health reasons (especially within our Health and Beauty categories), we do not accept returns for:
Dietary supplements or cosmetics that have been opened or had their warranty seals removed.
Personal care items intended for intimate use.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your full name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide instructions and the shipping address where you should send the package.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error by Aijoining or a factory-defective product, we will cover the shipping costs.
If the return is due to a personal decision (change of mind), the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer within 5 to 10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders paid in cash upon delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account provided by the original purchaser.
