"Basic and Core Skills that use this weapon now Reload. Reload Skills gain 250-300% increased damage, and every 2nd Reload Skill gains twice this bonus."

Druid - Kilt of Blackwing

Type: Pants

Unique Effect:

"Ravens deal 60-100%[x] increased damage. When you shapeshift into Diablo 4 Items a different form or activate a Companion Skill, you summon Ravens that attack nearby enemies. Summoning a Raven has a chance to call forth an Unkindness for 10 seconds, increasing the number of Ravens summoned to 3 for the duration."

Why It Matters:

The Raven companion skill has long been underutilized, often ignored in favor of Wolves or Poison Creepers. The Kilt of Blackwing seeks to change that. By dramatically increasing Raven damage and tying their summon mechanics to shapeshifting and other Companions, it enables hybrid Druid builds that weave together animal forms and support creatures.

Expect Season 10 to finally deliver the long-awaited "Bird Druid" archetype, potentially blending Werebear tankiness with Companion synergies.

3. Necromancer - Gospel of the Devotee

Type: Focus

Unique Effect:

"Your Basic Skills are empowered. Damaging an enemy with a Basic Skill causes them to take 10-30%[x] increased damage from your other Basic Skills for 10 seconds."
Reap attacks 10% faster.
Decompose spawns a Corpse every 0.5 seconds.
Hemorrhage triggers an additional burst.
Bone Splinters pierce through enemies.

Why It Matters:

Necromancers rarely rely on Basic Skills, as Core and Corpse-based skills typically overshadow them. Gospel of the Devotee changes that, offering a full rework of how Basic Skills function.

This item could enable a Basic Skill Necro archetype, something previously not viable at endgame. Bone Splinters piercing combined with Vulnerable stacking might make for a surprisingly powerful ranged Necromancer playstyle. Minion-focused builds may still dominate, but this Unique adds long-overdue variety.

4. Rogue - Orphan Maker

Type: Two-Handed Crossbow

Unique Effect:

"Basic and Core Skills that use this weapon now Reload. Reload Skills gain 250-300% increased damage, and every 2nd Reload Skill gains twice this bonus."

Why It Matters:

Orphan Maker introduces a brand-new mechanic: Reload. While Reload temporarily delays skill usage, it dramatically amplifies the payoff, giving Rogues access to buy D4 Gold devastating burst damage windows.

This mechanic pairs beautifully with Marksman builds, as Vulnerable damage and Rapid Fire multipliers could stack with Reload's huge bonuses. The skill expression here is high-optimizing. Reload cycles might elevate Rogues into Season 10's burst kings.
